Returns or Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. Dream Jewelry wants to become your most important resource for imitation diamond and fashion jewelry. We strive to provide you with superior customer service for a lifetime.  Our products are backed with a comprehensive Return & Exchange Policy to guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase. We've broken our policies down for you in easy step by step guidelines and instructions.

Before returning any item, the first step is to submit this Return Authorization Form so that we may offer you assistance with your request. Without a completed return authorization, it is very difficult for us to ensure that either the proper account is credited or the appropriate exchange request is issued.


How to Return:

All normal returns of non-sale items must be postmarked within 30 days of your order's original ship date. This includes regular, sale and clearance priced items. Any packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender as a postmark date cannot be determined.

All returns must be received with the item's original tags attached. Any merchandise received that shows obvious signs of tampering or removal of original tags will be eligible for store credit only.

All returns must be accompanied by your order's original invoice along with instructions on how to process your return.

Please mail your return or exchange in protective packaging such as a box or bubble mailer so that the merchandise is not damaged during the shipping process. Dream Jewelry will not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise due to lack of care or improper handling. We suggest that you mail your return using a traceable and insurable courier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Any returned merchandise received that is damaged, scratched or shows visible wear will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Please understand that absolutely no exceptions will be made to this policy. Any merchandise mailed to us that does not follow these guidelines will be returned to the customer.

Shipping and handling fees and gift wrapping services are nonrefundable.  All returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of your returned package. We frequently offer free shippping, howerver return postage remains the responsbility of the buyer.

We have multiple shipping warehouses. The correct return mailing address will be forwarded once we have received the complete RMA request.

Q: Will I be reimbursed for Canada Customs Taxes and Duty incurred?

A: No. We adhere to standard ecommerce policies. Any and all border fees remain the sole responsibility of the buyerPlease make note of this prior to placement of orders.

Of note however is that Dream Jewelry is one of the very few US-based ecommerce companies to offer inexpensive shipping to Canada.  Our low standard rates of $7.95 are well below the industry average of over $18.00 for Canada-bound shipments.

How to Exchange:

If you wish to make a size or model exchange, simply complete the return form and included details of your exchange request in the text comment box.

Be sure to include the exchanged item's price along with any sizing information needed to complete your exchange. To expedite your exchange, remember to list your contact phone number and email in case any questions may arise during the exchange process.

If you have a promotional code that you would like applied to your exchange order, be sure to list the code on your exchange request to ensure that the discount is applied. If an expired coupon code is provided, we will honor the coupon's expiration date based on the postmark date of your return package. If merchandise tags have been removed or your return is postmarked past the 30 day policy only the original promotional code used can be applied to your exchange if applicable.

All exchange orders are shipped via Standard Class Mail, 7-10 day delivery. If expedited shipping is required, simply list this information on your exchange request.

All exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your returned package. Feel free to call our customer service department if you would like your return to be processed faster than our typical processing time. We  will do everything possible to expedite your exchange.

If you are a Canada-based consumer, please keep all of your transaction records handy so that you do not have to pay potential customs and duty charges when we send you the replacement product.

Special Notes:

If your order arrives and contains any incorrect, damaged or defective items, we require that you notify our Customer Service Department within five days of receipt. This will ensure that your replacement order will be expedited to quickly correct the situation.

If your return drops your final purchase amount below the minimum amount to qualify for a free gift, please include the free gift with your returned merchandise. If you are making an exchange, you may keep the free gift as long as your exchange amount meets the required minimum amount.

Any items marked "Special Order" or "Final Sale" or  "Summer Dream Sale" items cannot be returned for refund. These items are marked clearly in their profile description pages and do not fall under our normal 30 day warranty. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of receipt in order to receive a replacement.

Any package sent back marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" is automatically ineligible for a refund. Store credit will be issued for merchandise.
