Q: How can I contact DreamJewelry.com?

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal as well as major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secured payment gateway. Moneris credit card paymenrs for Visa and Mastercard are available. All PayPal and Stripe are conducted on the respective financial institution's advanced servers for added security and quick checkout.


Q: Will my order be processed securely?

A: As mentioned, we accept orders online through secure gateways that use industry-leading Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption to process all orders. Information is transmitted over the Internet in encrypted form so that it cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties. NO customer financial data is stored on our website or servers.
 
Q: What is Your Privacy Policy?
A: Dream Jewelry.com takes your privacy seriously. We do not sell, lease or rent any of your personal information to any outside parties. Only your principal contact information is stored and may be used internally by our company for contacting you regarding an order placed or any information services such as advanced notice of upcoming sales that you have agreed to receive.

We use third-party advertising companies (i.e. Google) to serve ads when you visit our Website. These companies may use statistical data (not including your name, address email address or telephone number) about your visits to this and other Web sites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services specifically of interest to you. If you would like more information about the marketing policies of Google, Bing, Yahoo and other third party agencies, please let us know and we would be happy to send you some information and links upon request.
 
Q: When should I expect my items to arrive after my order is placed? How do you ship your items? What are your shipping & handling charges?


A: In the United States, the majority of orders are shipped within 24-36 hours on business days. Our shipping department is closed from Friday at 5:00pm to Monday at 8:00am. Standard shipping times are 5 to 8 business days.

Please allow time for your order to be processed and a tracking number to be issued for USA addresses. Due to Canada Post limitations, standard Canadian orders are currently not trackable after the order enters Canada.

Orders placed on Friday before noon hour EST will ship Monday morning. Orders placed Friday after noon EST plus orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship Tuesday. USA Tracking numbers may not appear for up to 2 business days from the date of order placement.

Delays may occur for products on back order or on special order. Contact our Customer Service Department if you have any questions or comments regarding your order status at support@dreamjewelry.com.

If you have not received your USA tracking number within 72 hours, please check the spam and junk folders of your computer, tablet or smartphone's email application. If they do not appear, please contact us at your convenience on our toll free telephone line.

Where possible, orders are shipped by FedEx Flex system or USPS First Class. Federal Express retrieves all orders at our eastern warehouse and distributes them to their regional depot nearest your destination. From there, USPS delivers to you USA address. In some regions, USPS First Class is preferable and we therefore use that method directly. Canada Post does the same for Canadian addresses.

Shipping and handling charges are clearly marked at time of checkout. Regular shipping & handling per order is US $5.95 in the USA and US$7.95 to Canada.  3 day Express is US$24.95.  Note: We frequently offer free shipping. Please check our Promotions page for current offers.

 
Q: Will I be charged Canada Customs Taxes and Duty?
A: There is no method for us to determine with any accuracy, but yes, some customers are charged border taxes based on purchase amounts and previous importing history of each consumer.

In general, shipments to Canada may incur additional customs & duty charges. We cannot control nor pre-charge for these additional fees and therefore cannot include them in our orders.  Any and all border fees remain the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you are uncertain whether your purchases may be subject to import fees beyond the applicable PST / GST / HST taxes which are legally obligated to collect, please check with your Canada Border Services Agency.

Q: I'm trying to buy various items, including an expensive diamond ring, but the coupon code won't work. What do U do?


A:
Discount coupon codes cannot be applied to purchases from our Diamond & Precious Gem collection due to an industry-wide agreement with the manufacturers.  Our prices are always marked down to the lowest prices allowable so rest assured you will not find a lower price for these items anywhere.

If your are trying to apply a coupon code to other items that are eligible but are disallowed due to the presence of a diamond model in your cart, we suggest removing the diamond items and placing them on a separate order. If you have any questions, please communicate with us via the contact form.
